Previously to include these in reports, all the fields had to be included as a single "Custom Fields" option on the relevant search page. Now when editing a report layout, you can select each custom field individually allowing you to reorder them in the results and even order the report by a custom field. You can even include them in different places, for instance on Tenancies Search you can include both Property or Tenancy level custom fields.
Better Reporting of Custom Fields
Under Portfolio Admin > Lookups & Lists > Custom Fields, users can create their own subtab of fields linked to Properties, Tenancies, Events, Tickets, Jobs or specific Workflows within Jobs. Seven different field types can be chosen to capture any sort of data imaginable.
