London PropTech Show 2023 - Review

The show aims to become the most important gathering for global proptech professionals to help capitalise on the massive new opportunities the sector has to offer.
Located at the Business Design Centre, the show kicked off at 9 am on February 15th, with 57 exhibitors in the hall the show had a relaxed and approachable atmosphere.
Visitors were soon taking an interest in our WebTerrier stand, with a live demo running we were able to demonstrate the full functionality of the system directly to our audience rather than rely on just a PowerPoint or leaflet.
It wasn't just UK-based companies that were interested in what WebTerrier had to offer. We had fantastic conversations with Portfolio managers from all over the globe, excited about WebTerrier's broad capabilities and evident potential. In particular, our Compliance module - which is already in use by a global clothing retailer. Other features that really caught the visitors' interest included Energy Certificate Storage and Critical Date Notifications.
Our tagline for the event "Tired of managing your portfolio in Excel?" was met with some very honest replies along the lines of "yes, how can you help me?!" It still surprises us how many large commercial property portfolios are managed in Excel.
Throughout the two-day show, we handed out over 100 business cards and hardly had a moment to sit down with visitors coming to talk about and see the system in action from the moment the doors opened till the time they closed.
We can highly recommend anyone thinking about attending the show in the future do so with lots of other leading-edge tech solutions coming up for the property industry.
